Desperately awaiting it's arrival it looks great!

These books can never really be lived by page by page, but you can always pick up useful tips or ideas and who doesn't like a sneaky nose in some young, rich and fashion famous closets??

Some interesting choices as well, Alicia Keys for instance not your usual fashion book subject, but I am glad! it makes it interesting otherwise they all get a bit boring! Same faces same blurb!!

J'ADR!!!!

Head over there to see the full editorial. I really don't like the new Jill Sander skirts (dyed bed sheets?! or Olive Oil from Popeye? I cant tell) but this if anyone is going to change my mind it will be Anna.

Look out for her looking great in the orange Jill Sander skirt with pink hair!!

Just call me Audrey!!

For my birthday every year I like to wear a vintage LBD (Little Black Dress) for my party

(I have found a great venue for this year!)

Although this time I may need to make an exception on the vintage side!

I picked up this dress, I had been lusting over it from Whistles all winter! I refused to pay the original price knowing full well I could get a vintage dress twice as nice for half the price - (hey that rhymes) anyway it went in the sale and I picked it up for a great price.

It is a little hard to get the picture of how cute this dress is with it being all black....but if your an avid follower here at Creme De La Trend then you may remember me posting about it before today ;0)

It has a super low cut out back it is quite loosely fitted and all around the hem you have semi circle chiffon petals (So Marchesa!! just a less intense)

I would love to wear it with a pair of Chanel heels! Or some nice Lucite sandals - Tres Chic, Non?!

The White Stuff

A great tip I picked up from one very house proud Italian Mama was dotting your house with diffusers.

I love a scented candle as much as the next person but they don't always smell how they smell unlit! and certainly the ones that do a very pricey! (Diptyque and DL& Co do the best ones) Also I always feel a little unsettled when burning a candle I cant see no matter where I put it and no matter how much glass is around, which means annoyingly I tend to stay/hover in that room while the candle is on.

I recently purchased a 3 set from The White Company and they smell delicious! I will definitely be investing in more!

On my many visits to Italy I saw an abundance of them they do great big jars of the stuff and in every scent you can imagine.

I am very particular about how my house smells and right now it smells too yummy!!

Bright young thing

Today I felt like I needed a colour injection.

Although black will always be my one true love I will always have my lust for brights on the side!!

I finally found a black blazer!! it's collarless and the lapels are a mix of tuxedo and waterfall

So I am getting a bit fed up of doing silly poses smiles and giggles so the new thing for Creme De La Trend is everything (me inc.) simplified....after all I am not a model! Just a girl who likes to shop and share :0)

I hope you guys like the pics and if you don't....tough!! ;0)

But if not I am sure I will be taking fun outdoorsy shots like I used come summer!! I don't want to loose ALL my personality now do I?!
