Wonderful Wedding

I went to an amazing wedding, the lovely couple got just the day they deserved.

Sunny, warm April day, set on lovely grounds.

The whole affair bought a tear to my eye!

I débuted my Burberry Prosum dress.

This is defiantly going to be my go to dress for many years!

I like that it is navy not black and it is utterly chic with layers and layers of stiff silk.

There is a funny story behind this dress, loving found for me by my partner in crime, Frida.....

It's that time again..

Anyone who has been reading my blog since the beginning, may vaguely remember one of the first posts I ever did.

It was on my return from Paris and my great rediscover of the simple Espadrille! I had been tottering around the vintage shops in Paris in the height of summer crying out to my boyfriend in pain and trying to explain the sensation of the balls of your feet being on fire! we were in Galleries La Fayette, he promptly dragged me over to the flat shoe section and threw a cream pair of espadrilles at me! I was sold and saved in an instant!

Sunshine, petals and leaves

Went to pick up my espresso machine on Saturday enjoyed the London sunshine then met up with my friends for afternoon tea!

I love wearing a bright eyeliner only on the bottom of the eye, it really looks cool! Urban Decay do the most striking and true to colour liners, they are nice and soft so they don't scrape like some cheaper liners.

Early Friday!

Found this  amazing dress at H&M a few weeks ago its the sweetest little thing..

Its narrowly pleated all over and the frills have wire running through them so they wont flop as soon as you sit down, and they are super structured

Poor little angry dress

I picked this dress up in the Whistles sale.

Obviously no one wanted it! it had been reduced 3 times!!!!

But I loved it!  My boys at work nick named it the "angry" dress, which I found quite funny!!

Apparently the print made them feel angry!

 The print just makes me giggle because it looks like I have been attacked by a biro!!

Boat Party!!

I went to a 80's Soul boat party on the Thames.

It was a little windy up on deck but great when the sun was out.

I had lots of fun dancing, drinking and eating on the Thames!

I will be going to the summer party for sure.
